The Nigeria Case Managment System is a Software developed to automate processes pertaining to Cases Filing, Case Assignments, delivery of Judgements and generation of statistics and reports. NCMS automate Case flow management in the Courts and also ensure a smooth, safe and secure electronic exchange of documents between the different levels of Courts
Borno State is one of the pilot states to commence the use of the NCMS at states High Courts level. The Borno High Courts have been using the NCMS since the year 2020.
Nigerian Lawyers with fuctioning legal mail (...@nigerianbar.ng) can now file their cases into the Nigerian Case Managment System via the ncms-efiling portal. Lawyers, on behalf of their clients, can upload case documents or other applications to courts and make necessary payments anywhere they are. You can access the portal with the link below.
